We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Clinical Nurse Specialist with 0-2 years of experience to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and health assessments to employees in agricultural settings.
- Develop and implement health promotion programs tailored to the needs of the agricultural workforce.
- Educate employees on occupational health hazards specific to agriculture (e.g., pesticide exposure, machinery safety).
- Assist in the management of workplace injuries and illnesses, coordinating care with external healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to health data analysis for the organization.
- Stay updated on best practices in occupational health nursing and agricultural safety.
