Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Cloud System Administrator with 0-2 years of experience to join our growing software product team in Mangalore. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent B.Sc graduate looking to kickstart their career in cloud technologies and system operations. You will be responsible for assisting in the management, maintenance, and support of our cloud infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, security, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of cloud-based systems and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal availability and responsiveness.
Perform routine system checks, backups, and updates.
Support the development and implementation of cloud security best practices.
Collaborate with senior administrators and development teams to resolve technical challenges.
Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Respond to and resolve user support requests related to cloud services.
Participate in on-call rotations as needed for incident response.
Gain hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools.
