Recruiting for Collection Executive / Officer - Hardware & Networking Team

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Collection Executive / Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and improving our collections process, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This role requires a proactive approach and a solid understanding of financial collection procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively follow up with customers on overdue invoices via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers while adhering to company policies.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and customer interactions in the system.

Identify and resolve discrepancies or disputes related to invoices and payments.

Prepare regular reports on collection status, aging receivables, and potential risks for management review.

Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure smooth order-to-cash processes.

Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to debt collection.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of collection strategies and processes.
