Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collection Head with 1-2 years of experience to join our Retail team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and improving collection processes, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments, and minimizing bad debts. This role requires a strong understanding of collection strategies and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to reduce delinquency and improve cash flow.
- Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging to identify overdue accounts.
- Contact customers to discuss outstanding balances and negotiate payment arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer communications.
- Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to resolve billing disputes and customer queries.
- Prepare regular reports on collection performance and bad debt status.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the training and development of junior collection staff.
