Recruiting for Communication Skills Teacher - Metals & Mining Team

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Communication Skills Teacher to join our team. This role is integral to enhancing the interpersonal and professional communication abilities of our employees within the Metals & Mining sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of corporate communication principles and the ability to tailor training programs to meet diverse learning needs. This position requires 2-4 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging training modules on various aspects of communication, including verbal, non-verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Assess employee communication needs and tailor training programs accordingly.

Conduct workshops, individual coaching sessions, and group activities to improve employee communication effectiveness.

Provide constructive feedback and guidance to employees on their communication style and areas for improvement.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in corporate communication training.
