Recruiting for Community Management - Furniture & Furnishing Team

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Manager to join our growing Furniture & Furnishing team in Nasik. With 3-4 years of experience and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree, you will be instrumental in fostering and growing our online and offline communities, enhancing brand engagement, and driving customer loyalty. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of community dynamics within the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement community engagement strategies to build brand awareness and loyalty for our furniture and furnishing products.

Manage and moderate online community platforms (social media, forums, etc.), ensuring a positive and interactive environment.

Create engaging content, including posts, articles, and discussions, relevant to our target audience in the furniture and home decor space.

Monitor community feedback, trends, and competitor activities, providing insights to inform marketing and product development strategies.

Organize and execute online and offline community events, workshops, and initiatives.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience.

Track and report on key community metrics, analyzing performance and identifying areas for improvement.

Leverage your B.Com background to understand consumer behavior and market trends within the Indian furniture industry.
