Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Community Manager with a strong understanding of legal frameworks to join our Industrial Equipment / Machinery division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering engagement within our online and offline communities, managing communication channels, and ensuring alignment with company policies and industry regulations. This role requires a unique blend of communication, organizational, and legal acumen to effectively represent L&T Heavy Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies across various platforms (e.g., social media, forums, industry events).
- Monitor online conversations, respond to inquiries, and manage community feedback.
- Create and curate engaging content relevant to the industrial equipment and machinery sector.
- Ensure all community communications adhere to legal standards, company policies, and brand guidelines.
- Mediate disputes and manage online crises effectively, applying legal principles where necessary.
- Collaborate with marketing, legal, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and address stakeholder concerns.
- Track and report on community growth, engagement metrics, and sentiment.
- Organize and manage online and offline community events, webinars, and Q&A sessions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, legal developments, and best practices in community management.
