We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Community Manager with 2-4 years of experience to join our growing Insurance team. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma and a passion for building and engaging online communities, particularly within the financial services and insurance sector in India. You will be responsible for fostering a positive and interactive online environment, driving engagement, and acting as a bridge between our company and our community members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies across various social media platforms and forums.
- Monitor and moderate online discussions, ensuring a positive and constructive environment.
- Respond to community inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Create and curate engaging content (posts, polls, Q&As, contests) to foster interaction and discussion.
- Identify and engage with key influencers and community advocates.
- Analyze community feedback and provide insights to the marketing and product teams.
- Track and report on community growth, engagement metrics, and sentiment.
- Organize and manage online community events and activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in community management.
