We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Computers Teacher with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Computer Science or a related field and have a passion for educating and developing technical skills. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality computer training to our employees, focusing on various software applications and systems relevant to the petrochemical, plastics, and rubber industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging computer training sessions for employees at all levels.
Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and practical exercises.
Assess trainee progress through quizzes, practical tests, and performance evaluations.
Provide one-on-one support and guidance to trainees requiring additional assistance.
Stay updated with the latest software, technologies, and industry best practices relevant to our operations.
Maintain accurate records of training attendance and completion.
Troubleshoot basic computer issues encountered by trainees during sessions.
