We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Construction / Manufacturing - Other professional. This entry-level role is ideal for recent M.Pharma graduates looking to gain experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing and operations sector within a dynamic professional services environment. You will contribute to critical projects that ensure the quality, safety, and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of manufacturing processes for pharmaceutical products.
Support quality control and quality assurance activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., GMP, ISO).
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Participate in the documentation of manufacturing batch records, SOPs, and other relevant quality documents.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and regulatory affairs.
Conduct basic research and analysis related to manufacturing challenges and solutions.
Learn and adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations within the manufacturing facility.
