Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Construction Safety professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities on our sites adhere to the highest safety standards and comply with all relevant regulations. This role requires a proactive approach to risk assessment and mitigation, with a strong emphasis on creating a safe working environment for all personnel involved in construction projects within the agrochemical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety plans and procedures for construction projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Investigate all safety incidents, accidents, and near misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide safety training and toolbox talks to construction workers and site personnel.
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety devices.
- Maintain accurate safety records, reports, and documentation.
- Liaise with project managers, contractors, and regulatory bodies on safety matters.
- Stay updated on the latest safety standards, best practices, and relevant legislation in the agrochemical industry.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of emergency response plans.
