Recruiting for Content Designer / Strategist - Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences Team

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Content Designer / Strategist with 3-4 years of experience to join our Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences team. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree and a passion for translating complex scientific information into clear, engaging, and accessible content for various audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute content strategies for pharmaceutical products, services, and scientific initiatives, aligning with company objectives and target audience needs.

Create compelling and accurate content for a variety of platforms, including websites, brochures, white papers, social media, and internal communications, ensuring scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Legal, to ensure content is accurate, consistent, and meets project requirements.

Translate complex scientific data and research findings into easily understandable narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Conduct content audits, performance analysis, and user research to identify areas for improvement and optimize content effectiveness.

Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, industry regulations (e.g., FDA, EMA), and company policies.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content design and strategy within the pharmaceutical sector.
