Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and organized Crane Operator with 2-4 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree to join our dynamic team in Delhi. This role is crucial for supporting our ongoing construction and renovation projects within the Hotels & Restaurants sector. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of operational understanding and business acumen, contributing to the efficient management of site logistics and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate various types of cranes safely and efficiently to lift, move, and place materials at construction sites, ensuring adherence to all safety regulations and operational protocols.

Coordinate with site supervisors and other team members to understand lifting requirements, schedules, and potential hazards.

Perform daily pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on cranes to ensure they are in good working condition, reporting any defects or issues promptly.

Maintain accurate records of crane usage, material movement, and any incidents or near misses.

Assist in the planning and scheduling of crane operations, considering site layout, material flow, and project timelines.

Ensure all lifting operations comply with industry best practices and company safety policies.

Support the site management team with administrative tasks related to logistics, inventory, and project documentation, leveraging BBA/BBM knowledge.

Contribute to a safe and productive work environment through proactive communication and adherence to all site rules.
