Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and analytical Credit Manager with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic Management Consulting team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Sc degree and a strong understanding of credit risk assessment, financial analysis, and risk management principles within the Indian financial landscape. You will be instrumental in evaluating creditworthiness, managing credit portfolios, and providing strategic insights to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough credit analysis of potential and existing clients, including financial statement analysis, cash flow projections, and industry risk assessment.
- Evaluate loan applications and determine credit limits, terms, and conditions in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor the credit performance of assigned accounts, identify early warning signs of default, and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies.
- Prepare detailed credit reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management and clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and financial objectives.
- Stay updated on market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes impacting credit risk in India.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with credit policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of credit scoring models and risk assessment tools.
