Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and analytical Credit Risk professional with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic Finance team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Tech degree and have a strong understanding of financial risk assessment, particularly within the context of the animation and VFX industry. You will be responsible for evaluating the creditworthiness of clients and partners, mitigating financial risks, and contributing to sound financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to assess the credit risk of potential and existing clients/partners in the animation and VFX sector.
- Develop and implement credit risk policies and procedures tailored to the unique financial dynamics of the entertainment industry.
- Monitor the credit exposure of the company and identify potential areas of concern.
- Prepare comprehensive credit risk assessment reports and present findings to senior management.
- Work closely with sales, legal, and operations teams to ensure effective risk management strategies are in place.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in credit risk management.
- Utilize financial modeling and quantitative techniques to forecast potential credit losses.
