Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts related to animation and VFX projects, ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation.

Provide legal support and guidance on intellectual property rights, licensing, and copyright matters within the animation and VFX domain.

Handle and resolve contractual disputes and arbitration processes, liaising with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel.

Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant laws and regulations affecting the entertainment and media industry in India and globally.

Support the legal team in managing litigation and pre-litigation matters.

Advise on compliance with industry standards and best practices.
