Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our BPM team as a Crime / Arbitration Analyst. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent M.A graduate looking to gain practical experience in the business process management sector, focusing on dispute resolution and compliance. You will be responsible for supporting case management, conducting preliminary research, and ensuring adherence to procedural guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the initial assessment and categorization of incoming arbitration and crime-related inquiries.
- Conduct basic research on relevant legal frameworks, company policies, and procedural guidelines.
- Maintain organized and accurate case files and documentation.
- Liaise with internal teams to gather necessary information for case progression.
- Support senior analysts in preparing case summaries and reports.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
