We are looking for a dedicated Crime / Arbitration professional to join our Legal team in Bhubaneshwar. This role is ideal for an individual with a B.A. and 2-3 years of experience in handling complex legal matters within the telecom/ISP sector. You will play a crucial role in managing and resolving disputes, ensuring compliance, and supporting the company's legal strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the investigation and resolution of criminal and civil matters relevant to the telecom industry.
Support the arbitration process, including drafting pleadings, evidence gathering, and attending hearings.
Conduct legal research and analysis on criminal law, arbitration laws, and relevant regulations.
Liaise with external legal counsel, law enforcement agencies, and regulatory bodies.
Review and draft legal documents, agreements, and policies related to dispute resolution and compliance.
Provide legal support and advice to internal business units on matters of crime and arbitration.
Maintain accurate records of all legal cases and proceedings.
