Recruiting for CSR Head - Furniture & Furnishing Team

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CSR Head to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. This role is crucial in developing, implementing, and managing corporate social responsibility initiatives that align with our company's values and business objectives in the furniture and furnishing sector. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience and a strong understanding of social impact projects and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive CSR strategies and programs aligned with business goals and community needs.

Identify key stakeholders, build relationships with NGOs, community leaders, and government bodies.

Manage CSR budgets, ensure efficient allocation of resources, and track project progress and impact.

Oversee the implementation of CSR projects focusing on areas such as education, healthcare, skill development, and environmental sustainability within the furniture and furnishing industry context.

Prepare CSR reports, impact assessments, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and reporting standards.

Organize and coordinate employee volunteering programs and community outreach activities.

Leverage MCA background to analyze data, identify trends, and propose data-driven CSR strategies.
