You will play a key role in creating educational content that supports the growth and development of our employees within the dynamic beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop comprehensive training curricula for various roles within the beverage industry, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry best practices.

Create engaging learning materials, including lesson plans, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, e-learning modules, and assessments.

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content, validate accuracy, and ensure the relevance of training materials.

Incorporate adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies into all curriculum development.

Review and update existing training materials to reflect changes in products, processes, or industry trends.

Assist in the evaluation of training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and performance data.
