Key Responsibilities:

Proactively engage with existing customers via phone, email, and chat to understand their needs and address any concerns.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and reduce churn, specifically within the pharmaceutical and healthcare domain.

Educate customers on product benefits, usage, and available support services, ensuring a positive post-purchase experience.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Collaborate with sales and support teams to resolve customer issues and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs in the CRM system.

Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to product and service improvements.
