Recruiting for Data Engineer - BFSI Team

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic BFSI team at Paytm in Noida. As a Data Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support our critical financial services operations. You will work with large datasets, implement data warehousing solutions, and ensure data quality and integrity for analytics and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and loading.
- Build and optimize data warehouses, data lakes, and other data storage solutions.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Implement data governance and security best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering and apply them to improve our data infrastructure.
