Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Database Manager with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic Content Development and Language team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility to support our content creation and linguistic processes. This role requires a strong B.Sc background and a proactive approach to database management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain database structures and schemas to support content management systems and linguistic data.
- Implement and manage database backup and recovery procedures to ensure data safety and business continuity.
- Monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies.
- Ensure database security by implementing access controls, user permissions, and data encryption.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues and provide technical support to the team.
- Collaborate with software developers and content specialists to integrate database solutions with applications.
- Develop and maintain documentation for database designs, configurations, and procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest database technologies and best practices relevant to content and language data.
