Job Description
We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Day Care Teacher / Incharge / Attendant to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong academic background, including a Doctorate/PhD, who is passionate about early childhood education and care. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for young children within our corporate setting. While the role is for entry-level (0-1 Yrs experience), we are looking for exceptional candidates with advanced degrees who can bring a unique perspective and research-based approach to childcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities.
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and health of all children under care.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Observe and assess children's development and progress.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's development and any concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Adhere to all childcare regulations and organizational policies.
- Assist with daily routines including feeding, napping, and hygiene.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the daycare.
