Role Summary:
Yash Raj Films is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dental Laboratory Technician with 3-4 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree to join our dynamic Film / Music / Entertainment team in Thane. This role will involve managing and coordinating laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting various production needs that may require specialized dental prosthetics or props. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, project management, and communication skills, coupled with an understanding of the unique demands of the entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental laboratory, ensuring efficient workflow and resource management.
- Coordinate with production teams to understand requirements for dental prosthetics, props, or related items for films, music videos, and other entertainment projects.
- Manage inventory of materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely procurement.
- Maintain accurate records of laboratory activities, including production timelines, material usage, and quality control checks.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and industry regulations within the laboratory environment.
- Assist in budgeting and financial tracking for laboratory-related expenses.
- Liaise with external vendors and suppliers for specialized materials or services.
- Support the development and implementation of new processes or technologies to enhance laboratory efficiency and output.
- Contribute to project planning and scheduling from a laboratory operational perspective.
