Recruiting for Dermatologist - Ports & Shipping Team

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dermatologist with 2-4 years of experience to join our team at Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd. in Mangalore. This role is integral to our commitment to employee well-being and occupational health within the demanding environment of the ports and shipping industry. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a strong understanding of dermatological conditions relevant to industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct dermatological assessments for employees, identifying and diagnosing occupational skin conditions related to exposure to chemicals, environmental factors, and physical stressors prevalent in port operations.
- Develop and implement preventative strategies and treatment plans for various dermatological issues, including rashes, burns, infections, and allergic reactions.
- Provide health education and awareness programs to employees on skin care, hygiene practices, and the prevention of work-related skin diseases.
- Collaborate with the occupational health and safety team to ensure compliance with health regulations and to minimize risks associated with dermatological hazards.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, documenting diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in dermatology and occupational health, applying new knowledge to improve patient care and workplace safety.
