We are seeking a Dermatologist with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic Textile & Apparel division in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a B.A. degree looking to apply their knowledge in a unique industrial setting. The Dermatologist will be instrumental in ensuring the safety and well-being of our workforce, particularly concerning skin health in relation to our manufacturing processes and materials. Key Responsibilities:
Conducting regular skin health check-ups for employees, especially those working in direct contact with fabrics and chemicals.
Diagnosing and treating common dermatological issues and occupational skin diseases.
Advising on preventative measures for skin protection against potential irritants and allergens in the workplace.
Collaborating with the Health and Safety department to implement best practices for occupational health.
Educating employees on proper skin care routines and the identification of early symptoms of skin problems.
Maintaining accurate and confidential employee health records.
