Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Design Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic IT Services & Consulting team in Pune. This role is ideal for individuals who have completed their undergraduate studies and are looking to build a career in the IT sector without necessarily holding a postgraduate degree. You will be instrumental in translating client requirements into robust and efficient engineering designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior engineers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and design specifications.
Develop and document detailed engineering designs, schematics, and models using relevant software tools.
Assist in the creation of prototypes and conduct initial testing to validate design concepts.
Participate in design reviews and contribute to problem-solving and design improvements.
Ensure designs comply with industry standards, best practices, and client specifications.
Support the engineering team in the implementation and deployment phases of projects.
Maintain design documentation and update as per project changes.
