Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented DevOps Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic Professional Services team in Thiruvananthapuram. This role is ideal for individuals with a BBA/BBM background who are keen to apply their analytical and business acumen to the technical world of DevOps. You will play a crucial role in streamlining our development and operations processes, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and scalability of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and management of CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across development, testing, and production environments.
- Collaborate with development and IT teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications.
- Contribute to infrastructure as code (IaC) initiatives using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Participate in containerization efforts using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Support cloud infrastructure management on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Learn and adapt to new technologies and best practices in the DevOps space.
