Recruiting for DevOps Manager - Software Product Team

We are seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps Manager to join our dynamic Software Product team in Nasik. This role is ideal for a candidate with 3-5 years of experience and a M.Tech degree, who is passionate about streamlining development and operations processes. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining robust, scalable, and efficient cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to support our cutting-edge software products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated building, testing, and deployment of software products.
- Oversee and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) for performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
- Implement and manage containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and rapid delivery cycles.
- Establish and enforce DevOps best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
- Mentor junior DevOps engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
