Role Summary:
TCS is seeking a motivated Diagnostic Molecular Scientist with 1-3 years of experience and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree to join our dynamic Software Product team in Thane. This role involves applying scientific principles and legal understanding to product development, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the innovation of our cutting-edge software solutions. You will work on projects that integrate scientific data and regulatory requirements into our product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret complex molecular diagnostic data to inform software product features and functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, legal counsel) to define product requirements and specifications.
- Ensure software products comply with relevant industry regulations, standards, and legal frameworks (e.g., data privacy, intellectual property, medical device regulations).
- Conduct legal and scientific research to support product development and risk assessment.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to product compliance, validation, and scientific rationale.
- Assist in the creation of test cases and validation protocols for software functionalities.
- Stay abreast of advancements in molecular diagnostics, software technology, and relevant legal and regulatory changes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of product development processes.
