Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director - Program Management with 1-2 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic Biotechnology team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Tech degree and a proven ability to lead complex programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering impactful results. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills, adept at navigating the intricacies of the Indian biotechnology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

*   Lead and manage cross-functional program teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables within budget and timelines.
*   Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and risk assessment.
*   Oversee the execution of research, development, and manufacturing programs within the biotechnology domain.
*   Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and quality standards throughout program lifecycle.
*   Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders, including R&D, manufacturing, regulatory affairs, and commercial teams.
*   Identify and mitigate program risks and issues, proactively implementing corrective actions.
*   Track program performance, report on progress, and provide insights to senior management.
*   Contribute to the strategic planning and prioritization of the biotechnology portfolio.
*   Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
