Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Documentation Executive with 0-2 years of experience to join our Animation & VFX team in Bhubaneshwar. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate and organized project documentation, ensuring efficient workflow and knowledge management within the production pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a keen interest in the animation and VFX industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and maintain comprehensive documentation for animation and VFX projects, including technical specifications, process guides, and asset management records.
- Collaborate with project managers, artists, and technical teams to gather information and ensure the accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Organize and manage project files, ensuring adherence to company standards and naming conventions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of documentation templates and style guides.
- Conduct regular reviews of existing documentation to identify areas for improvement and update as needed.
- Support the team by providing readily accessible and accurate information.
- Learn and apply industry best practices for documentation management.
- Assist with the creation of training materials and user guides.
