Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional for the Downstream - Other role within our Hotels & Restaurants division. This position is ideal for an individual with 3-5 years of experience and a Master's degree, who can contribute to optimizing our downstream operations and enhancing guest experiences. You will be instrumental in managing and improving various operational aspects that directly impact our service delivery and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and enhance operational workflows for various downstream services within our hotel properties and restaurants.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs in areas such as supply chain management, inventory control, and service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including F&B, Housekeeping, and Front Office, to ensure seamless service integration.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to downstream operations and provide regular reports to management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation to elevate the guest experience.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure adherence to quality standards and contractual obligations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects related to operational enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
