We are seeking a motivated and experienced Drilling Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic Power Team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree and have a solid understanding of drilling operations, particularly within the context of power plant infrastructure development or maintenance. This role involves overseeing and executing various drilling projects to support our energy generation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise drilling operations for projects such as boreholes for water supply, foundation drilling, or geothermal exploration related to power plant sites.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies during drilling activities.
- Operate and maintain drilling equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Monitor drilling progress, analyze geological data, and make necessary adjustments to drilling parameters.
- Prepare detailed reports on drilling operations, including progress, challenges, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including geologists, project managers, and site engineers, to achieve project objectives.
- Troubleshoot any issues encountered during drilling operations and implement effective solutions.
- Manage inventory of drilling consumables and equipment.
- Stay updated with the latest drilling technologies and best practices relevant to the power industry.
