Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree and 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vadodara. This role will be crucial in managing and maintaining electrical systems within our retail operations, ensuring optimal performance and safety. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, particularly as they relate to industrial and retail environments, with a focus on efficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain electrical systems and infrastructure for our retail facilities, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operations.

Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical equipment and machinery.

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, electrical codes, and industry standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and maintenance, to support project requirements and operational needs.

Manage vendor relationships for electrical supplies and services.

Prepare technical reports, documentation, and cost estimates.
