We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Email Support Specialist to join our growing team at our Nasik facility. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient and accurate communication with our customers and internal stakeholders within the fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical skills and understanding of complex information, gained through an LLM education, to provide exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and internal queries via email in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and clarity.

Analyze and interpret complex information from emails, identifying the core issue and providing appropriate solutions or escalating to the relevant department.

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Dixon Technologies' products, services, and policies to effectively address customer concerns.

Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues and improve customer support processes.

Contribute to the development of FAQs and knowledge base articles based on recurring customer inquiries.

Ensure adherence to company guidelines and service level agreements (SLAs) for email response times.
