Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Employee Health & Safety Trainer with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, delivering, and managing health and safety training programs to ensure a safe and compliant workplace for all employees within our investment management firm. This role requires a graduate with a strong understanding of health and safety principles and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging training modules on various health and safety topics, including emergency preparedness, fire safety, first aid, and workplace ergonomics.
- Develop and update training materials, presentations, and assessment tools.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and compliance.
- Stay abreast of changes in health and safety legislation and best practices.
- Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to address employee health and safety concerns.
