Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented professional with a B.Com degree and 3-4 years of experience to join our team as an Engineering - Other specialist within our Government / Public Administration division. The ideal candidate will contribute to the efficient management and oversight of various engineering-related projects and operations, leveraging their financial acumen and analytical skills to support our strategic objectives. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance, optimizing resource allocation, and contributing to the successful execution of large-scale infrastructure projects in Vishakhapatnam.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the financial planning, budgeting, and cost control of engineering projects within the Government / Public Administration sector.
- Analyze project expenditures, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions to ensure projects remain within budget.
- Support in the procurement process, including vendor selection, contract review, and financial due diligence.
- Monitor and report on the financial performance of engineering projects, providing insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, procurement policies, and project-specific financial guidelines.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand project requirements and translate them into financial forecasts.
- Prepare financial documentation, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders and government agencies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of financial management systems and processes related to engineering operations.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support strategic decision-making related to project investments and resource allocation.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned to support the smooth functioning of the engineering department.
