We are seeking a motivated Engineering Supervisor with 2-4 years of experience to join our Building Material division in Thane. The ideal candidate will be a recent BBA/BBM graduate with a strong understanding of operational processes and a keen eye for detail. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and smooth functioning of our engineering and production activities within the building materials segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the engineering department, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Assist in the planning and execution of maintenance activities for machinery and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with procurement and logistics teams.
• Support in the implementation of new engineering projects and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Prepare reports on production output, equipment performance, and other relevant operational metrics.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams, including quality control, supply chain, and sales, to ensure seamless operations.
