Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Environment Health and Safety (EHS) professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our Hardware & Networking team in Mumbai. This role is crucial for ensuring a safe and healthy working environment in compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of safety protocols and be able to implement and monitor EHS procedures effectively, even with a 12th Pass qualification, provided relevant experience and training.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of EHS policies and procedures within the hardware and networking operational areas.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor workplace safety conditions and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards.
- Participate in incident investigation and reporting, contributing to the development of preventive measures.
- Maintain EHS records and documentation, including training logs and inspection reports.
- Support the organization of EHS awareness programs and training sessions for employees.
- Respond to safety concerns and provide guidance to employees on safe work practices.
- Assist in waste management and environmental compliance activities related to hardware disposal and recycling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all personnel.
