We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Equipment Management professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Vadodara. This role is crucial for ensuring the optimal performance and maintenance of our advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Arts degree and a strong understanding of operational workflows and asset lifecycle management within a high-tech manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance schedules of critical semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.
Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.
Coordinate with internal engineering teams and external vendors for equipment repairs, calibration, and upgrades.
Maintain accurate records of equipment performance, maintenance history, and operational costs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards for all equipment.
Assist in the evaluation and selection of new equipment based on operational needs and budget.
