The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial markets, particularly within the beverage industry, and a Master of Laws (LLM) degree, demonstrating a unique blend of legal and financial acumen. This role involves managing equity portfolios, executing trades, and providing strategic insights to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute equity trades efficiently and effectively to meet investment objectives.

Monitor market trends, news, and economic indicators relevant to the beverage sector and the broader Indian equity market.

Analyze financial statements, company reports, and legal filings to identify investment opportunities and risks.

Develop and implement trading strategies aligned with the company's risk appetite and investment policies.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, legal frameworks, and company policies.

Collaborate with legal and finance teams to assess the impact of regulatory changes on investments.

Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to senior management.

Maintain strong relationships with brokers, analysts, and other market participants.
