Recruiting for Event Executive - BPO / Call Centre Team

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Event Executive with 3-4 years of experience to join our BPO / Call Centre team in Thane. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree and a proven track record in managing and executing successful events. This role is crucial in supporting our internal and external communication strategies through well-planned and executed events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including client meetings, training sessions, team-building activities, and company-wide functions.
- Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure the best services and pricing.
- Develop event timelines, track progress, and ensure all logistical aspects are covered, such as venue setup, catering, A/V requirements, and travel arrangements.
- Create event marketing materials, invitations, and registration systems.
- Provide on-site support during events, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Conduct post-event analysis, gather feedback, and prepare comprehensive reports on event success and areas for improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and event-related regulations.
