Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and organized Events & Promotions professional with 2-4 years of experience and a B.Des degree to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing engaging events and promotional activities that enhance Biocon's brand visibility and market presence within the biotechnology sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative event strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and logistics.
- Create visually appealing promotional materials, presentations, and collateral using design principles.
- Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events).
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, R&D) to ensure seamless event execution and brand consistency.
- Analyze event success metrics and provide post-event reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with industry trends in biotechnology events and promotions.
