Role Summary: L&T is seeking a dedicated and vigilant Ex-Serviceman Unarmed Security Guard with 2-4 years of experience and a B.Des degree to join our Infrastructure, Transport & Real Estate team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our project sites, personnel, and assets, upholding L&T's commitment to operational excellence and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of designated areas to prevent unauthorized access, theft, and vandalism.
- Monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV cameras, and report any suspicious activities immediately.
- Control access to company premises, verifying the identity of visitors and employees.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, alarms, and security breaches.
- Maintain a logbook of all security-related activities, incidents, and observations.
- Enforce company security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance among staff and visitors.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and orderly environment across all project sites and facilities.
- Provide support in managing crowd control during events or specific operational phases.
- Utilize security equipment and technology effectively for surveillance and reporting.
