Role Summary: We are seeking a creative and highly motivated Executive Sous Chef / Chef De Cuisine with 3-5 years of experience and a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) degree to join our innovative team in Kochi. This unique role blends culinary expertise with a design-thinking approach to conceptualize and execute unique culinary experiences and product development within the electrical equipment industry. You will be instrumental in shaping the sensory aspects of our brand and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product development teams to design and create unique, aesthetically pleasing, and conceptually relevant culinary offerings for brand events, product launches, and internal use.

Develop and execute innovative menus and recipes that align with brand aesthetics and storytelling, drawing inspiration from design principles and material innovation.

Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene, while managing budgets and inventory.

Lead and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a creative and collaborative environment.

Conduct research on emerging culinary trends and design concepts to inform creative direction.

Manage food styling and photography for marketing materials and internal documentation.
