We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Sous Chef / Chef De Cuisine with 3-4 years of experience, holding a Master's degree (M.A.), to join our Fertilizers / Pesticides / Agro chemicals team in Pune. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of culinary expertise and a strong understanding of operational management within a demanding industry. This role requires a proactive individual capable of leading kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, development, and implementation, considering seasonal availability and cost-effectiveness.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage inventory, food costs, and waste reduction strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Contribute to innovative culinary approaches that align with company objectives.
- Maintain high levels of hygiene and organization within the kitchen space.
