Recruiting for Field Sales Executive - Medical Devices & Equipment Team (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Field Sales Executive with 3-5 years of experience and an LLB degree to join our dynamic team in Vishakhapatnam. This role is crucial for expanding our market presence and driving sales of our innovative medical devices and equipment across the region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales principles, excellent negotiation skills, and a keen ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions. While not directly practicing law, the LLB qualification demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, which are highly valued in a complex sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory (Vishakhapatnam).

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and building relationships with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers.

Promote and sell our range of medical devices and equipment, effectively communicating product features, benefits, and value propositions.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients and key decision-makers.

Negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring favorable terms for the company while meeting client needs.

Provide excellent post-sales support and build long-term customer loyalty.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
