Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Field Service Engineer with 1-2 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and service for our agricultural equipment and solutions, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, commission, and perform routine maintenance on agricultural machinery and equipment at farmer locations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Educate customers on the proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Maintain accurate service records, including site visit reports, repair logs, and parts inventory.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide feedback to the engineering and product development teams on equipment performance and customer needs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines during all field operations.
